As a Reiki Master Teacher, End of Life Doula, Hypnotherapist, facilitator and creator of Guided Meditations and Past Life Regression, I offer a wealth of experience and insight accumulated over three decades of deep spiritual connection. My personal experience with two heart surgeries one at three months old and an open-heart procedure at 33 has deepened my appreciation for the need to balance and heal the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of life.
