Jennifer K. Hill is an Evolutionary Leader, HeartMath Trainer/Coach, entrepreneur, author, speaker, and podcaster. She has hosted popular shows with Deepak Chopra, Don Hoffman, and many other leaders worldwide on her Regarding Consciousness podcast, and now hosts the Superconnections podcast.

After exiting her first company in 2018, she co-founded a new company in the technology space, OptiMatch (om.app). It utilizes its proprietary algorithm to connect the right people for high-trust business relationships. She also recently received a Lifetime Achievement award from the Visioneers. When she is not speaking or building companies she loves to give back and has built two schools in 3rd world countries.
