Yoga and meditation certified instructor, life coach and owner of a retreat center

I’m Jennifer Deiana, a yoga teacher, life coach, and holistic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in business and product strategy. After spending years in the corporate world, including roles at LVMH, Collison, Charlotte Tilbury, and the Football Association, I realized that my true calling was in helping others achieve balance, happiness, and personal growth. This led me to transition into the world of yoga, meditation, Massage therapy, and personal development coaching.
In 2020, I created Solar Alegria, a retreat center nestled in the heart of a beautiful forest, in Center Portugal. My vision for Solar Alegria was to provide a sanctuary where people could escape the stress of everyday life and reconnect with nature and themselves. The center is a peaceful space where wellbeing and nature come together to foster transformation. I focus on creating an environment centered around kindness, compassion, and gratitude, with the goal of helping each individual awaken their full potential.
I create / co create retreats but, alongside with my team, our main activity is to offer retreat organisers and instructor a venue, full-board options and tailored services that will deliver on unique experiences for all participants.
Through the retreats and experiences I am commited in guiding people on a journey of self-discovery, helping them thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually. My work is all about embracing who we truly are, and at Solar Legria, I create the space for people to explore their authentic selves and grow in harmony with the world around them.
