I am Marta , founder of That’sY.me, a Zürich-based brand rooted in sustainable well-being. Originally from Germany, blends my corporate background as an engineer with my passion for holistic health to offer deeply transformative experiences.

As a certified yoga therapy and water therapy teacher, we are hosting retreats, events, and personal training sessions that integrate Hatha, soft Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, and playful ocean-based healing practices like surfing and soon water floating.

About Me:

I’m Marta—founder of That’sY.me, at the beginning of a beautiful adventure, a passionate yoga and wellness guide with roots in Germany and Poland, now based in Switzerland. My journey has been shaped by a global life: 6 years in Norway, 4 years in China, and over a decade in Zürich, where I continue to grow, explore, and guide others toward sustainable well-being.

My yoga journey began 15 years ago, and it keeps evolving year by year. I’m a certified yoga teacher with over 760 RYT hours (Yoga Alliance), currently becoming an internationally certified complementary therapist with a focus on yoga therapy and water therapy, inspired by the Blue Mind Theory—which highlights the scientifically proven healing effects of water on the mind and body.

I’m deeply passionate about the ocean, movement, and creating space for joy, and I believe that each of us carries a unique light within—our own sun waiting to shine.

Through That’sY.me, I host retreats, events, personal trainings, and custom wellness experiences—all designed to help you reconnect, heal, and live a joyful, healthy, and grounded life.
